Running Docker Containers with Turnkey and Proxmox


Today we are going to run docker in a Proxmox container using Turnkey as the template.

  1. Login to Proxmox and download the Debian10-Turnkey core package within the Template section of Proxmox.

2. Create the container.

3. Start the container.

4. Install Debian-10-Turnkey Core.

5. Install Docker on the container.

6. Install Portainer.

					

docker volume create portainer_data

					

docker run -d -p 8000:8000 -p 9000:9000 --name=portainer --restart=always -v /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock -v portainer_data:/data portainer/portainer-ce
